Love that the menu has Mexican style dishes. I had the iced vanilla coffee and it was almost Starbucks quality. Pretty good. The fluffy French toast was amazing. You guys need to try the steak stuffed omelette I added avocado. It was so good with the cheese , onions, salsa, and hashbrowns stuffed inside the egg topped with perfectly cooked steak.
Very relaxing place to dine in! Sarita and the several other servers who came to check on us were so friendly and attentive. The food is also so good! I didn't realize they had things besides pancakes here - the quesadillas and mozzarella sticks were especially good. Great spot for a weekend hangout! :)

Overall, this IHOP has become much better, with a welcoming team that works together smoothly, making it a great place for a weekend breakfast.
