Me and my family went around 7pm and the restaurant only had one person seated and one server. Took a long time to get seated when the server finally went to see who was there she asked with attitude how many with food in her mouth. A different person came in and she asked if they had a pick up, they said no that they wanted to dine in, she rolled her eyes and said nothing. She started walking us without a word to our seat, left us there without saying anything and walked away. We ignored it, and took our time, took a while to get our order taken even tho there was only one person seated who was eating already. Finally our food came, the eggs for the benditics were super over cooked, the chicken strips were burnt, and the pancakes tasted like raw dough. The server rolled her eyes many times when taking our order.

Took forever to get service to start off with. Then proceeded to get the wrong meals or we didn't get everything we asked for. Ended up being there for 2 hours which is way too long for a chain restaurant. It was just a terrible experience overall, wouldn't recommend and won't go back.

The hostess/waitress was talking with 2 ladies when we came in. There was already 1 man waiting to be seated. After 5 mins of talking, they finally left. The hostess grabbed a menu & walked over to the man, rolled her eyes, and took him yo a table (all without saying a word). She then did something in the kitchen and finally came over to me & my 2 girls. Again, she grabbed some menus & took us to a table (not a word said to us). In the meantime, the ppl waiting behind us left.We waited 10 minutes and she never even took our drink order. When we saw her on the phone, we decided to get up & leave. She saw us leave, gave us a dirty look and that was that. She made it very clear that she hated her job. There is no doubt about that. And she was very annoyed that ppl were coming in to eat. We will never go to this IHOP again!

I enter the bathroom. One urinal is half filled with dark yellow urine. I choose the other urinal. As I am using the facilities, an employee enters. They add their fill to the collection, turning the color more of a dark amber. They did not flush. They did not wash their hands.Also took way too long to be seated and even longer to get our order taken. They were not busy. Employees just face timing their families instead so I guess they had a good time.

Ordered for curbside pickup, after waiting for about 15 mins in my car, had to go in and wait another 20 min to receive my food.
Food was terrible. I had pancakes and they were so bland tasted like cardboard. The server let me switch to crepes.. they were just as bad. The service was great though.

I ordered curbside said it would be done at 9:43 a.m. I sat and curbside until 10:10 a.m. and finally had to go inside and my food had just been sitting there forever and nobody brought it out to me and I made sure that I had checked in and I was in the correct spot. What is the point of ordering curbside if you end up having to go inside?! Staff seem like they didn't have anything under control.
