Nighthawks is a popular restaurant, becoming a regular spot for many. The happy hour menu offers tasty wings, cheese curds, and brussels sprouts, though the brussels have a strong blue cheese flavor. Staff are friendly and there's a group of regulars at the bar. The dinner experience varied: while service was excellent, the chicken breast in a sandwich was small and overcooked, and a processing fee was charged for payment. Brunch, however, was impressive, especially the house-made breakfast sausage. The bartender and server, Cullen, received special praise.
