Great spot for a full meal or very filling appetizers. Always a happy crowd at this place, so I find the atmosphere very pleasant. The service is personable and attentive; your needs are anticipated! I have enjoyed everything I have ordered, including this ENORMOUS pretzel doused with butter and seasoned with coarse salt, warm pepper cheese on the side. YUMMY
My husband and I have lived within minutes of Big Louie's for years, we just visited for the first time this weekend and can confidently say we will be back! We went around 5 on a Friday, hoping to catch happy hour which we were presently pleased to see went until 7 Mondays-Fridays. The parking lot was full, we got a spot but there were not many free. My first visit here. It was busy, and a little slow in service/kitchen timing, but in their defense, we showed up an hour before Bingo night. Mackenzie P. was our waitress and she was hustling! Great attitude and super friendly, always checking in. Overall great experience, great Cuban sandwich and looking forward to coming back when the patio is open.
