Ate here with my two young adult sons. The atmosphere, vibe, seating, music, service and food were all top notch. Very chill, great food and drinks. Saw at least 4 couples on dates, a small group of friends, and a few small families all enjoying themselves. Will definitely go back when in town again!
Its taken me a second to eat at Dark Horse since they changed owners. Let me say this: I loved it so much I went back the next day.
Some of my favorite things on the menu I've tried so far:
Buffalo smoked wings
Burrata salad (SO fresh)
French fries
Paisano pizza
Margarita pizza
Pro tip: order the calabrian peppers on the side and add to any pizza you want a bit more kick.
I've been here before and had great service and food, but this last time I would say was just ok. Service was slow, but in their defense it was busy. Food was ok, but they changed their frys and the new ones are not as good as the old ones. I got pulled pork, but it was SO SALTY, I was not able to eat it all. Luckily one in our group ordered a pizza and didn't finish it, so I was able to have a slice, and it was really good. If I go back, that's what I would order. Cool place,...read full review
