NEW OWNERSHIP- STILL GREAT COFFEE!My hubby and I found this place when it was still The Salty Tart, which was taken over by Truestone Coffee Roasters, which has now been bought by the people who own Bullvino’s next door (yummy place btw). We discovered this coffee shop after a chilly morning exploring the St. Paul farmers market. While the drinks were quite tasty (earning the overall rating an extra star), the kindest thing I could say about the workers is that they could all have used a couple extra shots of espresso.
