We visited New Brighton Cowboy Jacks on July 11th. My niece has celiac and gluten is NOT her friend. She specifically asked and confirmed with the waitress about the taco salad being gluten free, and she said yes. Also shows it on the menu. My niece also said it can't even touch other product with Gluten. Long story short, she got real sick, ended up sitting on inside bar floor puking her guts out. No one came to help. I doordashed a pizza and wings. Unfortunately the pizza wasn't correctly made. It had mushrooms on it and the people eating can't stand them. So the pizza went to waste. I called and spoke with Mgr Bailey(spelling?) And she handled the situation promptly and professionally. Offered me multiple options and empathized with my situation. I love the outdoor space at this place. In the past I've somewhat subpar service. It seems that if you want something you just have to ask for it and they'll happily get it for you, but if you don't ask you're probably not getting it. Even simple things like drink refills, a menu, etc. The food is alright, but nothing crazy. Drinks are strong. Prices are reasonable.
