Cowboy Jack's has always been a great experience for me. The bartenders have always been great. The food has always been good quality and has always been quick service. I have never had any kind of issues while eating or drinking here. They do have some really great happy hour specials on drinks and food as well. Awesome chicken wings as well.
Seemed weird to have a "please seat yourself" sign during happy hour, but after wandering around the whole place looking for an open table, finding none, and waiting awkwardly by the entrance for a bit waiting for someone to leave, a couple tables opened up. Us and another family then again awkwardly stood by the tables to reserve them while waiting for someone to finally come clean them.
