The McDonald's restaurant is known for its efficient service and spacious parking lot with designated wheelchair spots. The mobile order process is smooth, and any mix-ups are quickly resolved. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are friendly, providing great service and ensuring orders are correct. The food quality is good, and special requests are fulfilled. Despite some minor issues, the overall experience is pleasant, and customers are satisfied with their visits.
The restaurant has recently received positive reviews, with customers praising the fast and efficient service, especially for take-out orders. The Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel is a popular menu item, and the drive-through service is convenient for customers on the go. After a slump during the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant has improved, and recent reviews corroborate this. Customers have also highlighted the kindness and positivity of the cashier, Quinn, who provides an excellent customer experience.
