generally not one to complain. Been here many times with no issues. came tonight- 3 of us ordered wings- they came out cold, maybe at best room temperature. my 11 year old ordered the burger special and it came out burnt so he didn't eat it. we ended up getting a coupon for a free appetizer and an apology. not the servers fault but still....
