The absolute best customer service ANYWHERE!
I can tell you … as a past employee there,,,,they do their best to fill a need but do it in a fun way!
I was there for 25 years and as a top seller I can say it was the best 25 of my life. Yes, it’s a commissioned store but, they really DO see the customer. DO try to make it fun and get you what you need.
While we didn’t eat, we had an amazing French75 cocktail. The bartender accommodated our request to reduce the sweetness and the drink was perfect. Beautiful bar with windows facing outside located in the Mall of America. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and will be back.
