First of all, the store is beautiful. But more than that, the customer service is outstanding. Today I worked with Jill Halfoldl, whose smile alone was incredible, you could tell she loved her job, and loved people. She went way out of her way to help me. I've taught customer service for 40 years, she would get 11 out of 10. Another day I was there I worked with Nonghlee Yang, also, fabulous customer service. I wish I got the name of the woman that helped me!!! The gorg woman with beautiful braids at around 2:30pm today was so helpful and sweet!!! The best Nespresso experience I’ve ever had! :))) give my girl a raise!!
naledi was BEYOND amazing!! she answered all of my millions of questions and i ended up leaving with not only a bunch of different coffee, but a new machine as well! 10/10 would recommend! 🙂↕
