I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Nespresso coffee maker. J’keyah patiently answered all of my questions and accommodated waiting a few days to ship to my home in Los Angeles so I could be home when it arrives. I look forward to enjoying many cups of hot coffee and glasses of iced coffee!
Daniel and Jkeyah were phenomenal. Right from the start when we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles. Daniel did a fantastic job listing machine details and delivering every single puck we asked to sample before making our decision. Jkeyah was an enormous help with billing and setting up our renewal system. She was wonderful, Daniel was wonderful, overall the best experience if had shopping.
This was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences my boyfriend and I have had. We had so many questions and Jkeyah and Daniel gave us their full undivided attention. Daniel was gracious and let us take our time trying countless espresso flavors and looking at the machines. He explained all the different uses and amenity’s of each.
