No liquor license, and pizza food is not as good as it was under previous owner. Loud inside and there were little kids on their scooters in the restaurant. Felt like Chuck E Cheese. We won't be back.

4/2/24 Update: Tops - under new management - still a nod to our Fighting Irish! Restaurant was clean and had some nice upgrades (flooring, extra tables). Kids corner is gone which was a bummer but it's more upscale of a place without it. No beer license as of my visit a week ago but sounds like they are working on it.The food: we really enjoyed the food quality and taste! Portions were perfect too! Pastas have homemade sauce from what I could tell! Cajun dish could use more spice and the tortellini could use less but other than that, a great meal! Cheese curds were delicious :)New owner is wonderful and wants to please the community. Please come back out to Tops and check out the updated menu and fresh ingredients made with love!

Great family restaurant for kids. Great pizza and food. Even better for kids than a brewery. Have even see ice cream on the menu for deserts.
I meet friends here the first Wednesday of the month for lunch and conversation. We are pleased to be allowed to be there on Wednesday for lunch. The owner is very nice to open for us as they are normally closed on Wednesday.

Great little hidden gem in a Rosemount neighborhood! Wonderful staff and delicious food. An added plus for creativity... the have a breakfast crepe menu with a twist! They are definitely not looking for those that want to enjoy a cocktail with their meals as their rail drinks alone are more than $9. If you're looking for delicious eats without cocktails, this is a great place to go!

Top’s is far better than carb….well you know but an 16” Pizza is not XL I do understand food prices affect cost but a three topping pizza on thin crust of non premium toppings $38.00 I’ll pass. (Tops before you respond with sorry it’s not my cup of tea please understand that I want to see small business thrive so take my criticism as a positive. Pizza is supposed to be filling and fun for the whole family not break the bank.) if you choose to continue with the prices that you have may be choose higher quality ingredients.
