“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“Our server Austin was a breath of fresh air after a hectic day of shopping. His food and drink suggestions were solid at a time I had no desire to think about what to eat. Our apps, drinks and entrees were delicious. I will definitely be back!“

“The food was good but the lady working the hostess stand was not friendly at all. We didn’t feel welcome. I think she was a manager or owner bc when we had a question our server didn’t know the answer to, the lady came back to talk with us. She was on the phone when we arrived and when we left. I don’t care how busy or important you are, customer service 101 with restaurants is to greet people kindly, smile and make sure they feel welcome. Instead she made us feel like a burden. Do better.“
