It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.
Best sushi in a grocery. Don’t expect to see sushi on a plate but on the go, it’s worth every dollars spend. Great ppl and service.
Vegetarian options: If you want vegan just ask the chef and they will accommodate you as best as they can.

AS FAR AS FAST AND GRAB SUSHI, THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE METRO AREA, QUALITY IS ON PAR WITH SIT DOWN RESTAURANTS. CHEF IS EAGERLY FRIENDLY TO HELP AND ANSWER QUESTIONS. SHE IS FRIENDLY AND (I SHOULDN'T SAY) VERY BEAUTIFUL TOO.
