“Definitely a hidden gem in MSP- great staff, including Esmeralda, who is very kind and attentive. The bar is very clean, it is a quiet since it is removed from the main walkway, and the sushi is very tasty. My favorite is the Paisley Roll.

My only ask would be to incorporate some way to tip when paying with a card!“

“I had the tako yaki and the sashimi variety platter with a tuna roll and everything was soooooo good! Definitely would recommend to anybody who likes sushi. Just beware because everything had a nugget of Wasabi in it. I love wasabi but if you're not expecting it, it can hit you and their wasabi is pretty potent. The waitress/bartender is super nice and we chatted for a bit about the strongest man competition on the screen and shared some laughs, she's very nice. 5/5, will definitely come again.“

“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“Went to all you can eat sushi with a friend on a Monday night a little after the dinner rush hour, was pretty quiet. Very nice, clean, spacious space. I thought the all you could eat sushi was a phenomenal deal. They had a wide array of food available to order, however the restaurant does not order tamago, which is one of my favorites. Sushi came out quick, waitress was attentive. Hot foods were hot and fresh as well. Dumplings were not the best I’ve ever had but they were good, it might have been the sauce that was super flavorful.“

“I needed a treat, and did I ever get one in my bag of takeout tonight from Midori’s Floating World Cafe (in their temporary Seward Cafe location). The dumplings, entrees, and dessert were exquisitely prepared, with flavorful sauces and broths. Glad I splurged on the Daifuku: it was a little work of edible art. This food woke all of my senses for spring. I’ll be back.“

“I love this place. When it comes to sushi I'm like a bottomless pit. A normal Japanese sushi place will charge per plate then I'm bankrupt. A Chinese buffett doesn't serve the japanese standard of sushi. This place is the best of both worlds during lunch. All you can eat and affordable. Also, its much easier to converse with people when you don't need to get up every 10min to the buffett.

Once I came during dinner and they have more variety and specialty items so it's still worth the price. Waiters have always been polite and attentive.“

I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer l sushi in addition to Korean barbecue. It was SO good.

The sides were delicious too. My only wish is for more vegetable sides. It’s pretty meat and starch focused. More veggies would help balance this out.

“Made the reservation on short notice, on a Friday evening.\nThe hostess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating, especially considering that we had two infants in tow.\n\nService was very slow, entirely due to how busy the restaurant was (last Friday before Christmas), but also very courteous.
