“I had the tako yaki and the sashimi variety platter with a tuna roll and everything was soooooo good! Definitely would recommend to anybody who likes sushi. Just beware because everything had a nugget of Wasabi in it. I love wasabi but if you're not expecting it, it can hit you and their wasabi is pretty potent. The waitress/bartender is super nice and we chatted for a bit about the strongest man competition on the screen and shared some laughs, she's very nice. 5/5, will definitely come again.“

“Awesome spot for AYCE sushi. Even on their busy days, they are able to catch up and the service is always on point. I've always seen big groups come here and the waiters and waitresses are always on their feet. Their dinner menu provides more selection so I always get that menu, even for lunch as I love sashimi. The interior color they chose is pretty comfortable. The black and gray style is very nice.“

“It seems there's some confusion between Hiko Sushi, an independent sushi restaurant, and Hissho Sushi, the sushi bar located inside Lunds and Byerlys Eagan. Hissho Sushi partners with Lunds and Byerlys and does not serve their sushi on plates, as shown in the photos and reviews.“

“My experience was 100%!!! The waitress super nice and kind, greeted was with a smile and answered our questions. The food? Delicious! There are soooo many different options in the all you can eat menu, including sashimi! I cannot tell which one was my favorite because they all tasted equally perfect! I’m definitely not going anywhere else for sushi anymore! Even though is in downtown, there is a FREE parking right beside the restaurant what made our experience even better!“

The dumplings, entrees, and dessert were exquisitely prepared, with flavorful sauces and broths. Glad I splurged on the Daifuku: it was a little work of edible art. “This has been the best sushi I’ve found in the Roseville area. The sushi is a little pricey but you get the quality food you pay for, and the rest of the food is well priced and high quality. “The food was good but the lady working the hostess stand was not friendly at all. We didn’t feel welcome. I think she was a manager or owner bc when we had a question our server didn’t know the answer to, the lady came back to talk with us. She was on the phone when we arrived and when we left. I don’t care how busy or important you are, customer service 101 with restaurants is to greet people kindly, smile and make sure they feel welcome. Instead she made us feel like a burden. Do better.“

“Korean restaurants are hard to find nearby. I love the consistency and great service. A big bonus is that they serve Korean cold noodle soup year round. It is my favorite comfort meal. They have fresh sushi too. I would say their salmon quality is way better than any of the sushi restaurants I’ve tried. Korean are notorious for being particular about their salmon quality so I’m not surprised they pick out the freshest fish.“

“Made the reservation on short notice, on a Friday evening.\nThe hostess at the front desk could not have been more accommodating, especially considering that we had two infants in tow.\n\nService was very slow, entirely due to how busy the restaurant was (last Friday before Christmas), but also very courteous.
