Great onion rings! But skip the pasta. This was my first experience at a Carbones. We had a large group of 18 and the service was excellent. Our waitress was constantly refilling our drink orders and effortlessly figured out which teen's meals belonged to which parents, even though we sat in different tables. This is the best pizza and Carbone’sLocation in Minnesota no cap! Always fresh, never have to order extra sauce or cheese, It’s perfection and the tacos are decent too! Just don’t get the chicken wings. It’s not flavorful but they’re a big size and it’s a lot of wings. You’ll have to season them yourself tho.

Stopped for late lunch early dinner On Saturday. Not overly busy, seated right away and waitress came quickly, returned with drinks and asked if ready to order said not quite yet and asked for a couple minutes.
