Last week they got my order wrong. I didn’t check the pizza right away. When I did realize that it was wrong I called and they said we can remake it for you. I wasn’t in town and wasn’t sure when I would be again. But I am around and I tried to get what Carbone’s promised me and wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t have it on record. So I got screwed. They wouldn’t make good on it. They lost my business.

Stopped for late lunch early dinner On Saturday. Not overly busy, seated right away and waitress came quickly, returned with drinks and asked if ready to order said not quite yet and asked for a couple minutes. Returned 20-25 minutes later and we ordered appetizers and meals. Everything came at once( pet peeve of mine is when you order an appetizer it comes with main course, also my meal came with salad and had to ask for salad after meal arrived. Once meals were served, asked if we needed anything else, order another round and after it was delivered did not see waitress again. after I would say 45 minutes (drinks empty) waitress walked by, flagged her over and asked for box (left over pizza) and tab. After 35 minutes again asked her for box and tab, she appeared flustered that we asked her again ( we are not demanding people, "go with flow" types but come on, that is an unreasonable amount of time to be ignored. Yes it did get busier while we were there, we arrived at 3:30 ish and didn't get out until after 5:30...... Food was good but the wait staff did not perform well. Not happy

Great onion rings! But skip the pasta. This was my first experience at a Carbones. We had a large group of 18 and the service was excellent. Our waitress was constantly refilling our drink orders and effortlessly figured out which teen's meals belonged to which parents, even though we sat in different tables. There was a birthday party for a small child going on in the nearby party room and these toddlers were just running around with no parents chasing them, so the service staff had their hands full. Not their fault, but I appreciated that they were trying to keep everyone safe despite the negligent parents. Ambiance was good for a mid-western bar with sports on tv, pull tabs and some arcade games. They had all sorts of beer on tap. They have most liquors too, but couldn't make an Aperol Spritz so I just went with a different drink. Here's what we ate: Western Cheddar Burger (4/5) $13 Delish Cheeseburger (3/5) $12 Standard Mostaccioli (1/5) $11 Bland; would not order again. Fish Sandwich (3/5) $11. Tartar sauce was good. If you like onion rings, try their onion rings... SO good! The waffle fries had a sauce and were good but not great. Their regular fries are standard. I didn't try the pizza because thin crust is not my favorite type of pizza and that seemed to be their specialty.

Buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely terrible. Dry inedible chicken, cheese was rubbery. We couldn’t eat it. They wouldn’t accommodate a refund back to our payment method. Manager was unpleasant. The offer was a pizza replacement after dinner was finished. No thanks for $40 for pizza we won’t return.

I had a disappointing experience. When I asked for a remake due to an error, the staff was incredibly rude and argued instead of addressing the issue professionally. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, it fell short here.
Hands down the best carbone's in the state. The service was spot on ? We will definitely be back.

This is the best pizza and Carbone’sLocation in Minnesota no cap! Always fresh, never have to order extra sauce or cheese, It’s perfection and the tacos are decent too! Just don’t get the chicken wings. It’s not flavorful but they’re a big size and it’s a lot of wings. You’ll have to season them yourself tho.

An absolutely breathtaking atmosphere, pizzeria of top notch worth .Amazing friendly staff ,hosts ,waiters waitresses bartenders, cooks chefs ,and they have pull tabs !!!A must stop in in Rosemount, fantastic pizzas ,amazing mouth watering appetizers ,a mind blowing regular menu , lunch specials .And an bussing HAPPY HOUR ...phenomenal spirts ,cocktails ,as well as drafts ,and N/a listFAMILY friendly, community backed local establishment .I highly recommend
