“I ordered through the app today and it was about 2:20 when I was starting to place my order. Wanted to order the online offer of the $5 meal deal. This was the only way to order it was through it app online. When I went to pay, it stated that there was not enough time to prepare for 2:30. Ended up choosing the 2:45pm time slot.
I got to the restaurant shortly after 2:30 and let the staff know I had an online order and I was going to eat inside. The supervisor assist said she didn't see an order. I showed her my confirmation email and said they couldn't do anything until it was paid for and sent. I explained that it was paid for and a confirmation number and email. All she said was sorry and went to the back. 15 minutes later, she brings my food out.
I don't understand why they couldn't do anything with my order after showing them what I ordered and why they couldn't start it until 12 minutes later.
I will not return since other restaurants that do online orders don't give me the run around.“

“Shae (or Shay) was wonderful!! I told her it was my first time at chipotle and to please give me her best recommendations on what to put in my bowl. I had came from a TikTok video and the bowl had steak in it so I got steak, but she told me her favorite was the new brisket and the service was so great I'll definitely be back again specifically to the Rosemount one in hopes that she's the one there to help me! She was great at making me feel comfortable and joking around with me like we were friends. Her station was also very clean! Shout out to shae!!“

“heard this was the best in Burnsville, and supposedly the twin cities area. decided to try it today and I'm sooooo glad we did. we will most definitely be back, especially since it's only a couple miles from our house. the birria tacos, chicken burrito and elote were soooo good. the elote was perfectly cooked, so tender. my wife warned me it was very spicy hot, so I did scrape a little of the stuff off the outside. it made it much more tolerable to eat, because wow, it was SPICY! and I LOVE spicy. my lips were on fire lol. the birria meat was extremely tender and oh so delicious, and the burrito was the size of Chipotle! definitely give then a try, you won't be let down. there are even 3 picnic tables there to eat on site if you don't take it to go.“
