“My mom and I were honored to be served by Edgar, the owner, I believe. He was friendly and helpful as my mom and I debated our choices. The food was fantastic!!What Edgar did not know is we were celebrating my birthday, and my mom's health is such that it may be my last with her. I now have an enjoyable experience to remember, should that be the case.The temperature in the restaurant was a bit cool for our preference, which was my reason for four instead of five stars for atmosphere.I LOVE that the menu allows me to walk in and order a vegetarian or plant based meal, without having to piece something together. (As is the case at many restaurants.)The cauliflower tacos were great and my mom enjoyed the cheese enchiladas.If I lived closer, I'd become a regular at Las Enchiladas.Vegetarian options: Sweet potato tacos available, but I went with Cauliflower tacos - Yum!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy, close parking with accessible sidewalk.“
“We’re from out of town and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Fatima, our server was really sweet and attentive (without being overbearing). We only ordered their chicken Quesadillas but the food was flavorful and quick. Atmosphere was clean and authentic. We’ll definitely return when passing through in the future.“

“We went to Homshuk for lunch today and it was perfect. The food was generous and delicious. Our waitress was attentive, friendly and generous with the free chips and three different salsas. There were only three of us in our party today but we’ll be back with a whole crowd the week of Christmas!!“
“Our Server couldn't wait for us to leave, my friend and I planned this 2 weeks ago, we always come for the Rueben Quesidillas.We were still eating and she brought us to go boxes, trying to get us to leave, we had only been there 45 minutes and I am sure she wanted her table to turn over and mentioned people were waiting, we purposely came early at 5:30, plus it was my 3rd time being there in the last 2 and a half weeks, plus I told several of my friends to go that actually went to try the Rueben Quesidillas. Really left a bad impression with my friends and myself“
“First time trying this place and I am so glad I did. It was delicious. The Carne asada, barbocoa and Birria tacos, torta were all amazingly good. The meat was not dry and there was tons of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was very clean. I will be back and definitely recommend to my friends. Thank you“

“This is one of the best meals you can get in Burnsville. Service is impeccable. Friendly and hospitable staff run this place well and serve wonderful food. This has become a staple for me. I go multiple times in any given week. I would give this as a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED destination to anyone who is hungry. On top of being great food, it is also a great value. I can get full for around $7.00 and get STUFFED for $11.21. I take their tacos, each of which is wrapped in two tortillas, separate the tortillas and spread the contents between the two. This creates 2 tacos out of every 1 I buy, and they are both full of goodness!“
“I was hungry for Mexican food and this restaurant had a location close to our home so we stopped. It is a standard type of restaurant in terms of tables, chairs, ambiance etc. Both booths and tables are available for seating and allows for some larger groups too it appears. We started with a Texas Margarita which was very tasty. They offered a LOT of different flavor options as well as beer and other options. We also got the Queso Fundido which was excellent. Cheesy with a nice amount of ground sausage in it and a few warm, soft tortillas which I stole from my husband so he had to use chips. Oh chips....they had very good chips with a nice fresh salsa as well. I got the Combo #6 which came with an enchilada and a tamale, rice and beans. Everything hit the spot and it had a really good flavor. That is what I have found missing lately at some of the more "American" Mexican restaurants and I really wanted some flavor and wasn't disappointed. My husband got the Combo #1 and was also very happy with his dinner as well. The portions were a nice size and allowed for some leftovers as well. It looked like they were expanding the restaurant when we went so that is nice to get a bit bigger space. We were pretty happy with our experience.“

“We have been going to El Azteca since they first opened. When we go to other Mexican restaurants, we compare and always find we like El Azteca' beans, rice, and cheese sauce much better than others. And no one compares to their chiles rellenos! They are very cheesy and the outside batter makes it even more delicious! Different family members like the shrimp tacos and the fajitas. We have liked everything we have tried. The wait staff are friendly, helpful, and quick. This is one of our favorite restaurants.“
“Best Mexican place in Apple Valley. It's like an Authentic Mexican restaurant's take on chipotle. I recommend the burrito or the torta as well as the elotes. If you're going to pancheros or chipotle you are making a big mistake!“
“Apparently this is a food truck location only. We pulled off the highway looking for this delicious menu and was saddened to only find a gas station.Edit- If closed for the season, can you update so doesn’t say “open” ? Hopefully can try you in the future.“
“This is our go-to Mexican restaurant. We enjoy going here all the time. Affordable and great tasting food. The staff are great! Occasionally they get order confused but they are always very nice and friendly. Food usually takes only ten minutes to get ready!“
“I give 5 stars for the food which was delicious but for the service they give it is very bad they charge you the tip sometimes without helping you and there is a sign on the door that says 18% tip is fine everything yes we have to earn but I work and I have my salary but they don't pay me just for showing up for work they pay me for working more clearly I have to earn my money by working not demanding it there is only one waitress who is very friendly I don't remember her name but she is one of the youngest but there is a weak vote that I think He thinks he's the boss, but hey, it's me. Observation and what I exist and what I think and I come back to it because the food is delicious.“
“I choose the closest Mexican restaurant to my hotel for cinco de mayo. I believe this is real authentic Mexican food. I had a hard time ordering because I don't speak Spanish but we got through it and got what I ordered ! The restaurant was busy and messy, I think they were dealing with a lot of to go orders. I liked the salty chips and the pork is stewed with peas! Next time I would just get the meat without the rice. In my burrito.“
“My favorite is the sweet pork salad with tomatillo ranch—it's always satisfying. If I want something more hearty, I go for the enchilada or burrito, also with sweet pork. Give it a try! I like it better than the popular choices like "Chipotle" and "Pancheros."“
“Food was excellent. We were the only ones in the dining room. Unfortunately there was a large, big mouthed male sitting at the bar throwing out f-bombs for everyone to hear. I asked the bartender(a female) to please ask him to tone down his language. That lasted a couple of minutes and the more crowded the bar got, the worse he got. His lack of respect for other patrons was disgusting. I let the bartender know we won't be back.“
