Restaurantji's Northfield guide: Where to find the ultimate Mexican flavors.
“fantastic chicken tamales and burrito, satisfying for a craving and then some! service was quick and kind and the green sauce they give you could be worth the visit alone. could not recommend it more for a place to eat when stopping through northfield. thanks for the grub!“
“Went Valentines night, it was very quiet there that night. Food was pretty good, came hot and looked the part. G/f had a "large margarita," which is $15 but it looked like she had a half a gallon of margarita. Server was nice to us, no real complaints about the visit.“
“Interesting place. There are big portions for a very small building. There's not much seating, but that is only limited because of the tiny building. Plenty of parking. It has been the same great food for a low price for many years now, and that's part of the love this place has for all.“
“This place is quaint, bright and so cute. Very friendly service and great food. I had the birria tacos and a traditional elote - yum! I must be honest that the birria consomé wasn't the best I've had, but the tacos...wow. Good variety of beverages as well. And a cute store is attached with lots of spices. I recommend this place and would come back.“
“Came here with my fiancé. We aren't originally from Minnesota so finding Mexican food that feels authentic has been a struggle. Must say the horchata, and food was Fantastic and had so much flavor! We can tell food was authentic ! The service was wonderful I can't wait to come back.“
