“Had a wonderful experience at the Cottage Tearoom! Took my kids here for a snack on a cold day and had some delicious cookies and a cinnamon scone. The chai latte was just what I needed to warm up! The owners were so kind to the chaos of my kids 😅 will definitely be back!!”

“First time here: Baristas are very efficient at taking orders + getting drinks made. Even on a busy Friday I waited in line for less than 5 minutes and my drink came out in under 5 minutes as well. Store is clean, cozy, fresh, and friendly. Welcoming for all people as well :) drink was AMAZING to top it all off! Wish I lived closer so I could come again”

“As someone who owns my own coffee shop and coffee roasting business, I always look for the small town shops when I go anywhere. While visiting Northfield, my wife and I tried several coffee shops and this was the clear winner. We stopped on two different days and had espresso drinks made by two different people…both times they were very good. Adding an extra shot of espresso at all times to assess the taste is a must. Crisp and bold taste with just the right amount of bite. Our Northfield visit was made better with Goodbye Blue Monday Coffeehouse.”

“Their cones are twice the size of the big national chain & they cost less. By far the best ice cream shop within 20 miles of Northfield. The sundaes, malts and other offerings are out of this world. I like the ice cream better than the other place too. As an added bonus, they are in a historic building, in a historic area, right on the Cannon River, with lots of walking trails. Beautiful area, well worth the drive!!”

“Our family loves the James Gang! Whether we're dining in or grabbing something to go, it's always such an uplifting experience. We're always greeted with a friendly, smiling staff member and the food is hot, fresh and delicious. I placed an online order recently and even though I was running about 8 minutes late to pick it up, my breakfast sandwich was nice and hot and the girls had my drink ready and steamed the milk right as I arrived so it was nice and hot for me. Quality food and drinks, encouraging atmosphere and caring staff, the James Gang has a 5 star rating in our family!”

“Visited for the first time today. Tried the berries and whip crepe, and the Nutella and banana crepe. Both were so delicious. Add in their awesome coffee creations and you're hooked. Enjoyed the company of the house dog, Zen. The staff was very friendly, and Bree was so nice. Highly recommend!”

“Tacoasis is very good food , great menu list of choices the rice and Taco burger is amazing the rice is very delicious, the taco burger is so good the bun it is served on is amazing the meat is so flavorful. The meals are great u get very big portions and a very very reasonable price , everything on the menu is delicious my family and I and our friends love tacoasis the quality is amazing and it taste better than most restaurants and the staff is very nice and the owner is a very nice guy one of the nicest guys we have ever meet , would recommend tacoasis definitely 10/10. Thanks tacoasis for always having great delicious food .”

“Amazing Mandarin noodles. My husband loved the sesame chicken. We haven't had Chinese food this good in a while. We were there with our 5 yr old grandson and he loved the noodles, wontons and the sesame chicken. We were able to share our entrees with him”

“It's a Caribou, so the coffee is decent. The staff a this location are always friendly, and always great you. They are always quick with their service, and super nice, even when you struggle to think (it is before your morning coffee after all).”

“It can be hard to find if it's your first time there, but you can usually find someone to help you know it's on the third floor. Depending on what time you go, there can be a big crowd of students going into eat, and it may take a while for yourself to get in. Upon entering, you get greeted by a friendly cashier who comes right over to help you and let's you know how everything works (paying and food). Once in, you see a buffet style of lots of stations of different kinds of food that will make sure you don't feel left out with what you're feeling like. Depending on who you get at the station can dedice if you get someone friendly or unkind, have lots of food, or barely anything. A good number of beverage choices for whatever you're thirsting for. Depending on when you go, there may be a lot or few choices of desserts, including cookies, bars, cakes, and pies. Seating can be hard to find if you end up going at a busy time, but there is usually room upstairs if you have a few people in your party. Overall, good bang for you buck that will always leave you feeling full.”

“All of these Papa Murphys are exactly the same. I love that I can get the same order from Northfield or New Prague and all of the pizzas are always assembled the same.

I cannot say the same thing about Domino's. All of their stores get the same ingredients but their cooks are very inconsistent, store by store, even day by day at the same stores!

“This Arby’s in particular is my favorite to stop at quick for a treat the service is always amazing and as fast as they possibly can be on more than one occasion the staff has gone above and beyond”

“This is not the biggest buffet you will find, especially if you are from the cities. However, the food is great and the price is very good, especially the barbecue chicken which was amazing. Don’t go there expecting big expensive things like crab or a lot of seafood, you won’t find it. What you will find is very good food at a reasonable price -a winning combination in my book for any restaurant. One recommendation I would make for the restaurant is to clean up some of the visible boxes, cleaners and things like that. Otherwise, highly recommend.”

That was this place. I’m always that person who is adverse to trying new places (I love routines!), but this was the absolute BEST new experience we have had in a long while and I cannot wait to go back!”

“The best thing about our dinner was our server – Lizzie Reiland. She greeted us warmly with her huge smile. She was very knowledgeable about the menu. She brought us our food promptly and was cheerful as she did it. She kept checking back to see if we needed anything else. She is definitely a five star server and you are very blest to have her. 😊”
