“This is such an amazing little jewel. We found this gem while traveling through Minnesota in need of some wifi and caffeination. We all were so impressed with the quaint décor, friendly service, clean facilities, and quality food and drink. I highly recommend Cannon Belles Coffee and Ice Cream to friend and foe alike.”

During my last visit, I really enjoyed the 2 Day Weekend with Habanero and Lime. Their pricing on taproom and off-sale beer is good, the staff are helpful, and parking is easy to find.”

“Nice little small-town pizza shop. Only 4 takes, so you might have trouble finding a spot to sit if they get busy.We got the biggest "bomber" pizza (without olives) for just over 30 bucks. I think they only have thin crust...the pizza sauce reminded me of spaghetti sauce, so if you like that, this is a good option.”

“We stopped in here today and met Elissa. The drinks were absolutely delicious and Elisaa is very knowledgeable about health and nutrition. She has a strong science and medical background which she brings to Cannon Nutrition. I would definitely recommend it for nutritional counseling as well.”

“Great staff. Seemed like they knew the big group of older gentlemen that came in before us by name, but were just as attentive and welcoming to us who were clearly not regulars. Love that small town bar and grill vibe. Food was good bar food-- usually restaurants put the bare minimum of jalapenos on a burger, but they pile them on which is always appreciated. I could've used a bit more tots on the plate, but for that price I can't complain too much. Will be back the next time I'm passing through!”

“We stopped in from our drive from Rochester to Minneapolis for lunch on Tuesday. My husband and I got the chicken tinga tacos and an appetizer. Food was excellent. We were very surprised when our server said the boss comped our meal! It was a random act of kindness and he had no idea what kind of morning that we had. So thankful for the thoughtfulness. Will definitely be back!”

“The Cannon Falls Subway was impressive!! They have a spacious dine in area and it was very very clean and comfortable to sit in during our noon hour stop. The ladies at the counter were very friendly and my sandwich was terrific. Bravo!! I will remember this on any return trips to Rochester.”

“Went here on a Saturday night around 6ish. There was plenty of seating available.I took my parents to dinner. All of us ordered different burritos. They let me choice shredded beef instead of chicken which was nice.Both of my parents meals were cold. My dad got tired of waiting for the waiter to come back. My mom waited, they didn’t offer any kind of apology about the issue with food or delay in service.I’d still give them another try. My food came out well and had a good bite to it.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu available.”

“Was passing through Minnesota and had a hankering for a cheeseburger. Googled for the best hamburger in Minnesota and King's Place in Miesville was highly regarded, and on my route.So happy I stopped in. The bartender was friendly and patient as I perused the extensive burger options, made small talk while I waited for my food, and even offered to buy me a soda while I waited.The burgers (I got two an RBI and a Pawn - and a plain patty for my dog) were tremendous! Fresh ingredients, great tasting well seasoned beef, and they cost less than a big mac. If you're passing through south eastern MN, do yourself a favor and enjoy a burger at King's Place.”

“Food is really good. We had their fish fry. The fish and sides were really good. The tarter was really bland. So, nothing to really complain about. The service was fantastic and they were beyond busy. For even came out in a short time. They do take reservations and I highly recommend it. Very popular place with great people.”

“Took my girl to Miesville Friday night to a place I've been a few times, this was her maiden voyage. The menu has over 100 different ways to have a burger, she had something with a fried egg on it and said it was phenomenal. I had the "stats" burger which had pulled pork and bacon on there. It's a dive bar you would miss if you weren't looking for it but inside it is clean, has several televisions and decor hanging on the wall. Staff was friendly but our servers shift must have ended before we left, so I hope she still got some of the tip we left. No complaints from me, and we will be back.”

“Great bar with the classic small town clients. Only complaint was it seemed like someone blew up the toilet so bad it put it's 100+ year plumbing to work! I think I saw the lady coming out who was the culprit. She was mentioning her lactose intolerance due to eating pizza at the place across the street. I just can't believe someone would do that to a place with such rich history in the great town of Hampton. Shame on that lady!”

“Really good small town, greesy spoon, bar food. Was just off hwy 52 on our way to the cities. Plenty of food, had a couple drinks with breakfast and then on the road again. Will be stopping here again.”

“So, on a Facebook post somebody asked about favorite local pizza restaurants. Yes there are quite a few good local ones, but scrolling thru the responses was Meric's in Hampton. Wow, this is truly a hidden gem. Wood fire pizza with excellent toppings with meat where we purchase our meat at. The garlic bombs are delicious. Our family knows were you are now. YUM !”

“We had an excellent experience at Weiderholt's Supper Club. We had a 6:00 reservation and were seated immediately when we arrived. Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was excellent, I had prime rib, which was flavorful and extremely tender, and the baked potato was done perfectly. My wife had a fillet, which was prepared perfectly and had great flavor. We will definitely be back.”
