Food is good, but my order is never right! I ordered soup, received no crackers, no ketchup for my fries and I ordered a chicken sandwich with extra Mayo, and had NO Mayo! This has happened several times! Very frustrating!
We love Culver's ❤ the Northfield location is one of the friendliest we've been to in the state of MN. Our cashier recommended doing a double patty instead of a single for a better burger to bun ratio. We did & she was correct! Juicy burger with crisp edges is the best fresh burger around!
I love that they have containers of sweet tea & non-sweet tea so I can mix for my perfect sweetness.

The drive-through experience has had some issues, such as missing items, but the helpful staff quickly rectified those situations. Inside, the atmosphere is cozy, complemented by cheerful employees and delicious food. Customers appreciate the welcoming environment, with heartwarming moments like children using coupons. A recent visit from a large group highlighted the restaurant's generosity, as they offered a free party room. The food arrived accurately and quickly, even for such a sizable gathering. However, there have been some concerns regarding closing times, with one customer receiving a runny Concrete mixer due to the machines being shut down early.
