“Incredibly busy for for a sunday afternoon. Amazing service for the staff they had on hand due to an unregistered giant birthday party they handled it really well. Do not order the large sizes unless you have an a TON of people because the portions are freaking huge and delicious and ridiculous. Always awesome.“
“B&L Pizza is my go to Greek Pizza in Northfield, tied with Basil's. Brad and Linda, with thier kids, have ran this joint for a couple decades in several locations. They have, of all the Greek Pizza joints in Northfield, the widest selection of accompanying fare. They have the best spaghetti sauce in town compared to any establishment of thier kind. Pizzas are phenomenal, and always well put together. My only quibble would be that they no longer have indoor seating which happened during COVID and kept on going after things opened back up. This is the only negative in my opinion, as compared to the likes of George's vineyard.Great all around performance, I hope they open the place up once again some day.“
“After years of being a faithful Pause-pizza-lover, I am motivated to write a review today after having an excellent customer service experience. Due to a high-volume order that came in just after opening, student workers were busy and accidentally misplaced my order. After the mistake was brought to the kitchen manager's attention, my order was ready within five minutes, and I got two free Pause cookies (to die for) to boot! Thank you! Pause pizza 5ever.“
“The experience at first was a little iffy. Mostly because they weren’t very busy, and two servers were telling everybody it was busy. We weren’t helped by the servers, we were helped by the person working the bar, Ashlyn M. They we’re PHENOMENAL and definitely went above and beyond for us to make sure our experience was a pleasant one! The food was incredible along with Ashlyn M’s service. Thank you!“
“This place deserves more than 2.5 stars. The people working inside are nice and it's nice and cool in the store. I guess my only complaint is I wish they still had the three topping $10.99 deal so definitely don't shop there as much as I used to. It's kind of expensive for everything now but I guess maybe that's the way it is for all places now? Not sure why they charge so much for a pizza when I could just spend $15 and get one in town else where...don't like the corporate nonsense in this town and is a let down. I hope things can change soon in the future. It seems like they're in 2026 when it's still 2023.“
“Jacob the manager was WONDERFUL! He runs a tight ship & there's this friendly yet cohesive working environment he has cultivated with his employees. It's an energy you can feel in the store and it's so awesome too see especially after the pandemic we all went through. Great job everyone at this store - y'all are amazing! Also food is great and they deliver in a timely manner!“
“It’s nice to have a evening off from cooking, my spouse and I really enjoy the cowboy pizza, and I really like how the staff has no problem with Substitutes a item or two, it’s really enjoyable to smell the pizza bake at home. I highly recommend!“
“Stopped in with our college softball team and after some very horrible service and attitude from one of their team members, we had an awesome experience with Jazmine and Sydney. They gave us terrific service and were extremely friendly. Great pizza and a fun atmosphere here. Appreciate how well those two took care of our team.“
“Ordered simple pizzas and they came out great. Decent amount of toppings and a good sauce and cheese ratio. They had a little difficulty finding my order when I went into the building to pick it up but it all worked out in the end. Friendly employees.“
“Being a college student that primarily went to the cities daily in life before moving to a small college town was difficult. It was difficult finding good food throughout the first couple months. I’m extremely glad to have found this restaurant. The food reminds me of the food that I have lived with throughout my life, being good quality and delicious. I recommend the ravioli“
