“This place was so fun! It’s set up market style with lots of coolers of cold food and beverages to choose from, and there’s an option to order hot food too. They have lots non-food items to shop for too. I went with three kids under 5 and it was great! Coloring sheets, high chairs and spacious dining. They already had the food split on plates for the kids when they served it. The staff were super friendly and hospitable. If I lived closer, I would be a regular here! Oh! And food was delicious!”

“Today was my first visit, i met a friend for lunch.

The restaurant was busy, and I noticed that our waitress was very friendly and our food came out quickly, and I love my choice, Turkey commercial, the whole experience was extremely great!
And I’m looking forward to a future visit!

“Taqueria el Jefe is bombtastic! Not your typical gringo Mexican restaurant you might find in Minneapolis that has no spice. Their chirizo is wonderful. With the salsas I highly recommend the verde salsa which has a lovely cilantro flavor and the habanero salsa to add some heat.”

“A group of eight college friends have been gathering in August for probably 40 years. We discovered Gran Plaza in Faribault a few years ago; its a central meeting spot. What a gem!! Fabulous food, (the seafood burrito, tamale and guacamole were favorites), festive atmosphere and excellent service- Gracias, Andres!! This is a perfect spot for us! 100% recommend!”

“We do not get to the Broaster a lot, because we moved. They continue to have the best chicken we have ever eaten, and their potato salad is so tasty. Faribault is so lucky to have such a fantastic place to go!”

“Fabulous restaurant bar and grill located in downtown Faribault Minnesota. My parents went with their friends last year and said we had to try it! Did not disappoint. Our waitress was great and can make any drink you ask!! The food was great. Atmosphere on point! Definitely recommend.”

“Stopped here on out trip back to Missouri. Soft tacos were delicious. The fried raspberry cheesecake was beyond belief. I can't believe we didn't take an order home. This will be our stopping point the next time we go to Minneapolis.”

My friends and I ate some of favorite Asian dishes and we were pleased!

This restaurant has multiple Asian dishes (Vietnamese and Thai) and I'd recommend and definitely go again.

We had papaya salad, spring rolls, cream cheese wontons, pho and tom yum soup.

My only recommendation is be careful on spice level.. we ordered medium spice and there was no spice in our salad so we upped it on the tom yum and it was wayyy spicy.

Regardless it was delicious and I'd highly recommend it ?”

“As a Place of Public Accommodation across the street from the Rice County courthouse, they can’t refuse service to anyone, within reason. Bathrooms are clean. Pizza pretty good and quick. Reliable service.”

“I recently stayed there while attending a high school reunion. The cabins are rustic and comfortable & the view of the lake is outstanding. We had a lakeside cabin. wonderful location out I must say in the middle of nowhere. But that was part of the charm. It is a combination rental cabin and RV campsite. We stayed in one of the cabins and the accommodations were quite satisfactory. There is a restaurant bar combo on site that served excellent farm fresh wonderfully prepared meals at very reasonable prices. I must make it a point to give a shout out to the service I received from everyone I encountered including the owner Pam. These people made you feel welcome. That kind of stuff makes a difference when people are truly just being nice. I would definitely recommend it and I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in that part of the country.”

“I used eagerly await the opening of this DQ. I grew up on BBQs and Mr Mistys. I can't in good conscious recommend this to anyone any more. Serving ice cold hot dogs, for the last 3 years. And the BBQ is not the same. It's gone down hill since they changed the recepie, and today I got just enough meat to moisten the bun. Bring back the original BBQ sandwich, quit nuking the hotdogs, learn how to put enough flavoring in the "Arctic rush" so it isn't just colored ice water, and I may return. Until then, you've lost the business of a 40 yr long customer.”

I'm a build a breakfast girl religiously tonight I ordered the exact same thing I always do and received half the food I'm used to getting for almost 13$ I was still hungry and proceeded to eat my husbands food! I've seen bigger breakfast portions in a kids meal and I'm not impressed.Food tasted good but the portion isn't worth the price I'm really disappointed Perkins build a breakfast was always my go to buy I won't that much pay for that portion AGAIN.”
