Culver’s in Faribault has been visited a few times since it opened. The food has been quality, the service has been great, employees are friendly, and the building is clean. It is always fun to see what the flavor of the day is. The caramel shakes are great, as are the salads. The mushroom and Swiss double burger was greasy, and the Strawberry Fields Salad had something disgusting, rotten, and foul. Onion rings are burnt and oversalted, and burgers are not even warm. It can take a while to get the food out because it is fresh. One employee was seen licking her glove, so cleanliness needs attention. Orders may get more accurate with time.
