I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
Hot food. Great!
Meh! The store was clean and the atmosphere was kind of methy, if you understand what I mean. The staff was cordial, but not friendly. The food was not impressive whatsoever. I remember Hardee's burgers being thick, juicy, and loaded with toppings. Ours was just loaded with toppings. It wasn't a bad experience. It wasn't a great experience. Also, bring back the mushroom and Swiss. That was a flagship burger and a complete disappointment that it wasn't on the menu.

Hardee's offers a positive fast-food experience with friendly and attentive staff. Customers consistently praise the staff for being kind, patient, and caring, making the visit pleasant and memorable. The drive-thru service is quick, and the food is served hot and fresh, including items like chicken wraps, Frisco burger with fries, and the mushroom & Swiss burger, which are prepared well and not just slapped together. Although prices have increased, many feel the quality and portions are worth it, and some mention special deals like the $2.99 burger, which the staff sometimes allows at a discounted rate. The restaurant is noted for its clean environment and great atmosphere. Overall, Hardee's is appreciated for its good service, tasty food, and welcoming environment, making it a recommended spot for a satisfying meal.
