Went here for lunch based on a colleague's recommendation and can't wait to come back. Good was amazing. Portions were massive. Food looked so good I didn't even think to take photos -- just dug in. I'm not in Faribault often, but I'll definitely be back.
La Flor De Mayo Taqueria is our go-to restaurant in Faribault. Stopped here on out trip back to Missouri. Soft tacos were delicious. The fried raspberry cheesecake was beyond belief. I can't believe we didn't take an order home. This will be our stopping point the next time we go to Minneapolis.
