Yolks On Us is a restaurant in Northfield that took over from a previous Perkins. It is not a franchise, but it is the same building and staff with a new menu. The dining area is very clean and inviting, and the staff is pleasant, attentive, and greets customers warmly. Meals are correct, hot, and tasty. The waffles are hot and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The buttermilk pancakes breakfast is delicious, the right price, and more food than one could eat. The turkey club and cheese curds round out a tasty meal. The Big Yolking Breakfast with a side of sausage patties and side of cakes comes out in a timely manner and is far above Perkins or IHOP quality. The basted eggs get a 10 out of 10, and the Eggs Benedict are awesome. There is a good seniors menu. It still feels warm and cozy. It is a solid breakfast spot and a go to place for breakfast locally.
