Visited this establishment and asked for a menu item. Izzy was the one who took the order. She proceeded to argue with me about the menu item and caught a very rude attitude. they gave me my triple chocolate brownie which is on the menu and they gave it to me all wrong. the brownie was cold, no whip cream, nothing but a cold brownie and icecream. they got our orders wrong and were very disrespectful. will absolutely not return.

Old review from 2020: This is an older, shabby location off highway 59. Not a problem for me personally, but what is a problem for me is the service. They'll say you have to wait because they're making your burger, but when you get it it's cold. Or they forget your drink at the drive through because they were yelling at each other and then imply you're trying to scam a free soda when you ask for it. Or they forget your napkins, or straw. And this place, unlike others in the area, hasn't figured out that ugly people are still people. I get it, I look like a freak show, but at least Taco John's and McDonald's can hide their sneers and shivers of revulsion until after I leave.
Not a ding on this location specifically, but the onion rings at Dairy Queen leave a lot to be desired.

Went in around 12:30 on a Sunday. Tried to order 2 blizzards but they didn’t have the ingredients I guess. So we skipped the ice cream and ordered food and drinks. The fountain machine drip tray was overflowing onto the floor and when we got our food, I was missing part of my order and her food was cold. The people were polite but otherwise it was an unpleasant experience.

I love going to dairy Queen with my friend it gives us time away from the apartments in alone time together the service is great the food is awesome the atmosphere is awesome as well I like spending time with my best friend here ????
