was waiting to meet someone and our teenagers were playing in the yard with their friends and the lady came out and yelled at them so definitely not family friendly atmosphere. will be taking our business elsewhere instead.

Went to drive up this evening. Wanted a banana split. No bananas. Ordered a chocolate sundae. Waited in line 15 minutes!!!! Finally got my sundae, hardly any syrup. Bad bad service!

I should’ve read the reviews before stopping here & wasting my time. We stopped here just for some ice cream on 11/1/2025 at approx 8:35pm, almost 30 minutes before their fake closing time. The doors were locked, but I could see 2 staff inside & one of them saw us at the door. Figuring maybe it’s drive-thru only after a certain time, even though no sign said that, we went to the drive-thru. We waited & waited & waited, but no one took our order. We made one last ditch effort & drove up to the drive-thru window. Again, we were completely ignored & it appeared that the staff were now hiding in back waiting for us to leave. Based on other reviews & our terrible experience, we will never stop here again & I’d suggest you ignore this garbage dump too.

Worst experience ever. They locked the doors behind us because there was 3 inexperienced people working that didn't know how to run register and barely knew how to make anything. Some sort.of manager showed up to tell them what to do & then left cuz she wasn't suppose to be working & kids in car...... Worst experience & terrible product. Along with taking 30 mins to serve 8 people ice cream!

I haven’t been to this Dairy Queen for awhile last time I was here I order hamburger fries and a coke I got sick. This time I came in thru drive and I ordered a medium ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. The chocolate was thin, but I got sick again driving 40 miles from this Dairy Queen in Cherokee to my house. I won’t be back. The place is dirty and disgusting.

There is no way this place could pass a health inspection in the state it’s in right now. It is so disgusting behind the counters, it looks like nothing has been cleaned or wiped up in months. The staff is a bunch of teens who mess around instead of helping customers, I had even overheard one of them saying they were purposely ignoring drive up customers. Tables and floors are sticky and gross. One word to describe this place- YUCK!

Its real sad to see the decline in atmosphere over the years. I'm not pretending to have all the answers and I sure as hell not pointing any fingers..... But there has to be some kind of leadership present to take the reigns. This establishment has the filthiest appearance I have ever seen. The high chairs should be retired! Please hire someone over the age of 15….Nobody knows how to do anything in here, the place is dirty, dingy and disgusting- behind the counter especially. Nobody would answer at the drive through so we had to come inside and wait 15 minutes for a shake because the teens would rather talk then actually help customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Blizzards consistently have no filling, kitchen is always gross, even a simple dipped cone isn't even consistently done right. Go anywhere else for food or ice-cream

Poor service!! Arrived at 1:32 vehicles in the parking lot. The drive-through representative asked me to wait a couple minutes. Crazy! I waited made my decision on what to order no response from the staff. Backed up and drove up again and they did answer, but chose to drive away rather than give them my business For poor service after waiting 8 minutes for them to come back to the window! I’ll spend my money elsewhere!

Place is always a mess. Employees are rude and rather gossip then do their jobs. Got a chicken strip basket and the gravy was very runny and gross, chicken strips was soggy. I've gave them many chances but nothing seems to change. I won't be going to this DQ ever again!
