called in for burger and ff 20 minutes in advance. still had to wait 11 minutes in drive through. ff are cold and greasy. burger is still raw in the middle. wasted time and $$$

We had to ask for a waiter they took her drink order took someone else’s order they got theirs in our server sat down and ate his lunch while we were still waiting on our drinks we got up and left and will never return

We have been patrons of this restaurant for years and years both dine in and to go orders. But sadly the last three times now that we ordered the chicken pack to go we have been shorted pieces. I didn't say anything the first time, things happen, but the second time I called. I was told I could come back and get the shorted pieces. Well that would be great, but we live 10 miles from Cherokee. This time we will not be back!

Service is extremely slow. Waited 25 minutes for our food and in that 25 minutes we were not checked on once to see if we needed a refill on our drinks or anything.
