I went to McDonald’s this evening 11-14-25 and requested a pup cup as I have gotten them at this location before for 30cents. When asking for one Mary the GM interrupted the order taker over the headset and said loudly “we don’t do pup cups” I asked why as I have gotten them here before. Mary then replies “umm the owner has never allowed pup cups. I said I have gotten them here at least a few times now. I then pull up too the second window and speak with Mary and ask her why. Her response was “in the however many years I’ve worked here we have never done pup cups” I suggested that she makes her staff aware of the issue and stated again I have gotten them several times here. She then goes “honey I have worked here for like 10 years and we have not ever served pup cups” in a rude obnoxious voice, I told her I would be calling cooperate and her response was “I absolutely do not care” do better Cherokee McDonald’s seems someone is too comfortable at her job

If you’re eating here you’ve got a 50\50 chance of getting someone else’s order. Also DO NOT ask for an extra sauce of any kind. This is the 3rd or 4th time they’ve completely drowned my burger in sauce, I’m talkin like can’t even touch it without getting it all over yourself. You’ve also got at least a 20% chance of getting sick from your food. Overall, this is a solid 2 star McDonald’s. PS whoever the younger guy is working the drive thru at night is creepy & weird

If you place a mobile order, don’t expect to pull up then drive off. Many times I’ve been asked to ‘pull ahead’ so I can get fresh food.
Came in to get a hersheys frappe and the kid working made me the wrong one, which I requested a new one since I didn’t want the flavor they made me and the kid working just went ‘Well I saw it was mocha!!’ And then when I showed him the receipt he just said ‘I don’t know-“ and then went and hid in the corner in the back instead of helping me so an adult had to actually come over to help make it because apparently it was too hard to make the drink and read the order.
