I had the pulled pork sandwich. It was very small. It was the size of a cheap hamburger bun. It was also cold, but tasted ok. I won't waste my money on this ever again. It was expensive. I wanted to try the brisket, but I'm not going to take the risk.
I love Arby's, but this place was short-handed and very slow. I watched the person making the food use bare hand to handle the orders . Thumbs down.

These workers must hate their lives. I have never been treated so horribly over the purple haired worker forgetting Arby's sauce. Do better.

I’ve never had a like experience. Walked up to counter, clerk glanced at me and walked away. Never came back. Kitchen help glanced at me and walked away. Waited awhile, then decided to try another restaurant

Sweet, retired lady took our order. She did well for her second day on the job! Very personable and patient with me...a tired, semi-retired traveler.

Waited over 20 minutes in drive through line for 4 PC potato cakes and shake. Had 3 cars ahead of me pulled over for orders to be completed also. Rotten service

Wasn't given orange shake I ordered and paid for online and was told to go back online and get refund because nothing could be done next day after the fact. What?!

Stopped around 10:40pm on my way to work. Sat at order board for couple minutes, could see all lights on and people walking around inside, yet no one came in speaker to take my order.
Proceeded to window and again could see people working inside. One guy even made eye contact then looked away. Finally a lady walked up and opened window. I asked if they were closed? She said no and took my order. Took almost 10 minutes to get my food handed to me.
Lady that finally came to window to take my order was very pleasant. Other workers inside seemed to be busy doing what they were supposed to be doing...no one was just standing around talking. Time I waited for my food May have just been how long it took to cook / prepare it. My issue was that no one asked for my order when I pulled up to order board and when I pulled up to window the guy that made eye contact with me then looked away could have at least acknowledged me and gestured something to indicate it would be a minute.
