I’ve been here twice now and have had such a great experience both times! I always try to stop now when I go to Clear Lake or Mason City! The staff is super friendly and it’s just a great and welcoming environment to come into!!
What a fantastic benefit to Clear Lake. Not only for the provision of a variety of nutritional shakes and energy drinks but also a warm and super friendly atmosphere! The staff/owners go above and beyond for all patrons who enter their doors and they will also deliver right to you! I stop at all of these similar shops throughout Iowa in my work travels and Clear Lake is by far the best!
I cannot wait to stop again. This will be a must stop every time I am in Cleat Lake. Thank you for creating such delicious drink.

Clear Lake Nutrition is a warm and welcoming addition to the town. It is a great go-to place with a friendly, helpful, and social staff who know customers by name and always have a smile. The shop is very clean and offers a changing menu month by month with new drinks and shakes. The amount of options is bananas, featuring delicious, healthy shakes and teas that do not settle. Specific favorites include the kids shake and the Lake Time tea, available in a 42 ounce. The atmosphere is amazing, making it a must stop for both first timers and regulars. They also offer delivery.
