We went in right after they opened for the day and the lady at the counter was really nice. The cookie ATM outside is also really convenient but I wanted to see what was inside the shop.
We got 3 different cookies--chocolate chip, peanut butter, and a lemon cream cheese topped cookie. The peanut butter cookie was my favorite out of the three. I didn't like the overwhelming almond flavor in the chocolate chip cookie. Maybe someone used the wrong extract by accident? The lemon cream cheese/sugar cookie was not enjoyable. The frosting was just too sweet and I couldn't taste any cream cheese. I will say, though, that the texture on all of the cookies was good and soft. My biggest complaint is that the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies tasted like they were only made with white sugar. I won't get into it, but they lacked the richness and complexity I normally seek in a cookie. I'll just have to try different ones next time and update my review.

Thank you so much for my daughter’s Valentine cookie, she was surprised and it looks amazing. I have not had the best of luck with having items delivered to my daughter at ISU. They either don’t show up or it isn’t exactly what I paid for but Cookies Etc. delivered exactly what I ordered and personally handed it to my daughter ! Thank you for making this Valentines Day special for my girl 💗

The berry cheese cake sold here which is by order only is the best one i have ever tasted. Extremely addictive and a must try for anyone who loves a good cheese cake .

Cookies, Etc. is the best!! Not only are their cookies so yummy, they are so accommodating and easy to work with. Marvin makes magic happen! For years they have been shipping cookie boxes to distributors for my business at Christmas. My distributors know the cookie boxes are coming and start calling and asking when they will be delivered in December! I'd highly recommend Cookies, Etc for a quick treat or to ship cookies across the country.
Got these cookies delivered for me from my job never had this place and all the cookies I had where under cooked from the chocolate chip cookie to the monster cookie and the sugar cookie was like eating a dry saltine cracker IMT really did a good one on there employees

We stopped in this downtown business located close to the lake. Welcomed by smiling cookie associate. Ordered cookies to go. Excellent flavors. Glad we stopped for a treat. They also offer ice cream.

Unfortunately the service is very unprofessional. The lady helping us was very rude because we were there minutes before closing time. Having a business some times requires some sacrifices to keep your clients happy and wanting to come back.
Loved this place ever since I was a kid and would always get monster cookies or ice cream. Will always go if I am able and highly recommend to anyone on a hot smer day who's looking to conquer thier sweet tooth. Also they have good drinks and coffee for anyone to know.
