The Culver’s in Clear Lake, Iowa is outstanding! The food was fresh and delicious, but the service is what really stood out. Abby, Casey, Cameron, Gary, Parker, and John went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. They took our order of 11 burgers and 11 fries right before closing!! Such Angela and wonderful customer service and hospitality! Truly one of the best Culver’s experiences we’ve ever had!

Great casual family place, food Midwestern food, welcoming and relaxed, usually clean and inviting. Also ice cream. And cheese curds. Pot roast sandwich, people. But not fast food. Not even in drive thru. So plan time and savor it

Absolutely awful service!!! As a family of 6 we got our dinner food within 10 minutes but it took them just as long to give us ONE simply ice cream. No toppings, no extras just one scoop of chocolate ice cream. I saw it sitting right there on their counter, even heard one of the guys say that it was ready for us but nobody bothered to turn around and give it to us. It took about 10 more staff people to walk by it, look at the screen and all!! My only regret is that I didn’t ask the manger for a refund. Don’t bother with this place!

Had a butter burger and pork tenderloin sandwich. Food was hot, had to wait a bit for the order but it was crowded on a Friday evening. Cleanliness was fine.
