Hate to blame the Server but it took about 1 1/2 hours to get our dinner.
Out of several items....NO LASAGNA?
What's the deal on that. way over priced. But has a great location for outside dining. No rush for me to come back.

We've been wanting to go to this place for a while, but since it's closed more often than not, we've never had the chance until today. Not only did we have to wait half an hour for one simple pizza, the food was very disappointing and we were charged 60 dollars for one pizza and two drinks. 15 dollars per drink and the server didn't give us the option to order the smaller drinks and assumed we wanted the big ones (again, we didn't know they'd pick the bigger drink option since this was our first time here). So when we pointed this out, we only got 5 dollars off. 5 whole dollars for one of the most disappointing experiences at a restaurant.
Overpriced and subpar was our experience so we will not be coming back. Don't waste your time here and pick another spot

It can't be that great if you're only open 1 day per week! Move out for something better, please! Every time we come to town they're closed! Waste of profitable space! Let someone that wants to actually work in there

Food and drink was pretty pricy. With 3 drinks, 2 entrees, & one appetizer it was $100. However, food was delicious, staff was friendly & attententive. Service was quick even on a busy day. Just wished it was airconditioned!

The staff and owner of friendly and the food is delicious, but things have changed drastically since years ago when I went there regularly and you could afford an appetizer and a pizza. Now every appetizer is over $18 and that's not right for the Italian egg rolls; especially when you only 3..
The pizza with chili peppers, sausage, and cream cheese was different and delicious, but the pizza prices are also way up. Maybe they're doing this to make up for less business hours, but $19 appetizers are off-putting.

The garlic toast could've used a little more toasting, it was very soft. The pizza was great, took a bit of a wait but it was a pretty busy night.

Overhyped and not worth it! Dominos or gas station pizza would have been a far better choice. The service is extremely delayed, inefficient, and we tipped just out of courtesy although not deserved. The waitress was nice but did not check in on us and was not available throughout our meal there. We kept troubling a poor man who was the manager/owner for condiments or sauce. It took 50 mins for pizza to come. The dough was crappy and undercooked while the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The natomelli pizza was salty and not appetizing. The garlic bread tasted worse than store bought frozen Texas toast. Definitely will not be coming back again!

We arrived an hour before closing. There was no wait list or reservations. On a Saturday evening at 6:50 pm. They refused to seat us or let us order take out. There were at least 15 tables open. Very disappointing! The had their phone off the hook as well. 5/10/25

Great pizza. Little pricey on some items. Great wait staff despite being short handed the night I dined in.

My friends and I were here for a girl's weekend at the lake. GeJo's was recommended by two of the girls who have homes there and after seeing some pictures of the outdoor seating I figured it'd be a nice, unique experience. The food reviews were decent so we made a 5pm reservation on a Saturday.
We were seated upon arrival. Outside, as requested. It took quite some time for a server to address us. That's to be expected on a busy Saturday in the summer. Not a big deal. However, there were a number of issues as the evening went on. One of the girls ordered the hot oil, expecting it to come with bread. Though, she didn't confirm with the server. For $5, all you got was a 1.5oz plastic ramekin of oil (photo with hand as a reference). The oil was advertised as having a house blend of spices but it just looked like oil. We didn't have any bread to dip in it so we just didn't use it. By the time the server came back around and we could've ordered some bread the entrées were making their way out so they took it off our bill. Two of the girls shared a pizza and the rest of us got pasta. I was considering the "Forget the Sauce, Forget the Cheese" as long as it came with pasta. The server assured me that it did so I ordered it. I can confirm that it does not, in fact, come with pasta. The server was very apologetic and brought me a huge side of spaghetti to remedy the mistake. The dish was good, albeit a bit bizarre with the amount of sweetness. The description says a "touch of honey" but it seemed to be doused in it. I would have asked for a quarter the amount of hot honey if I had known. Even so, the dish was unsatisfying (in my opinion) without the pasta. Several other things transpired that made dinner a little less smooth. One person's salad was forgotten so she didn't get to eat that until we were all done with our entrées. Good thing we didn't wait because it took a long time. My pasta that the server added on late came out before my friend's salad. Drinks were also not filled, and it took an inordinate amount of time to get checks, and to get cards back. The girls who ordered the pizza graciously shared. I will say that the pizza is good--perfect crust, toppings went well together, cheese was perfectly melted and not burnt, and the seasonings were on-point. It's such a shame that nothing else was this good. The prices also did not reflect the quality of service, the environment, or the food at all. We met the owner who was helping bus tables. He seems like someone who genuinely cares about his staff and I absolutely love that! I just think they all need more training. As someone who served and bartended for about a decade before getting into my career I hesitate to leave these types of reviews. Hence, why I'm writing this review so late. But, there is no email address listed on the website for me to send a private note to management. This place seems to be a staple at the lake. The problem is training and consistency. I honestly hope they do well.

Plan on spending a bundle! There's a reason why they don't put their menu prices on their website. This is not fine dining Italian but plan on spending $30 on chicken Alfredo and $19 on a very basic appetizer! Oh and their wine list is a list of wine types (Chardonney, Cabernet, Merlot, etc.). Two lines with those listed...over $9/glass for otherwise pretty inexpensive wine. We didn't stay! Go next door to Cancun instead. Yes apples to oranges but great food, service and value!!

GeJo's has been a favorite of ours for years. We make a special trip once or twice a year to Clear Lake and always make GeJo's a must. We arrived for dinner right as they opened and were seated right away. Our drink order was taken and we then ordered our food shortly after. From the time we walked in, something felt "off" as if we were being judged for some reason. I usually don't order a drink and just get water but I was craving a soda. They don't have very large cups therefore refills have to be more frequent. Our waitress had a very judgmental look on her face when I would ask for a refill. I would like to note that drinks are also almost $4. We received our food and the pizza was super greasy and the chicken alfredo dish had chicken that looked as if it came from a can and did not taste right. Towards the end of our meal, our check came. I paid cash and when I received the change, $5 was missing. I informed the waitress and she took it back to the front counter to be corrected. She came back and said it was a mistake on their end however she gave me the biggest bills possible. It was clear that she was trying to receive a bigger tip. We noticed she did not ask if we wanted an appetizer or offer dessert at the end, as she did with every other table she had. We had the impression we were just being rushed out. After this experience, I think we will be trying other places around Clear Lake as I was disappointed. From what I could tell, they did not have a kids menu. We paid $4 for a lemonade that my son only drank half way.
Kid-friendliness: There is nothing in regards to a kids menu. If there is, we were not offered one.
