Workers can't even look you in the eyes and ask you what you wanted on your sandwich. Then we proceeded to the checkout and the gentleman that was at the register was really rude to my mother who has a hard time hearing. I will never go back there. Extremely bad atmosphere.

While traveling, we ordered our food online and was confirmed at 5:39. App said our food would be ready at 5:55. We got there at 6. Walked out with our food at 6:20. Every customer that came in the store, maybe 8-10, got their sandwiches made before they even started our order, which was hanging from the food line the whole time we waited. Don't use their restroom...gross!

We ordered online and waited for 20 minutes. Call if you order and confirm they start working on it. They did not start working on it until we got there. They were not friendly. I will not go back to this particular location.

HORRIBLE FEMALE MANAGER!!! Stopped in on Sunday of Memorial wkend '25 to get sandwiches to go, I told the sandwich artist to let my husband go first as I'm highly allergic to all pepper & he had clean gloves on, he was extremely polite. The female manager copped a major attitude & told me we should say please & thank you for me politely let them know about my allergy! Needless to say, we left w/o our food & will never be back. Do Not Recommend

Honestly, this is probably the best subway I have been too. Every time I stop to grab a sub I leave thinking to myself that this might be the best sub I have had. Keep it up!

Recently came here for dinner. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was fresh, good and tasted great. Restroom which is used also with other "shopping mall" tenants, was very gross and dirty however. Recommended for sure as Subway is good food in general

Just ordered 3 foot longs online and all 3 sandwiches were missing most of the veggies or all the veggies on all 3 sandwiches. I would not recommend ordering online. We ordered from the Clear Lake Subway.
