We stopped at this Wendy's again as it was requested by our son. After the last experience being 6 years ago (see below) I hoped it had improved. To our pleasant surprise it has improved greatly. The building has been updated and is very spacious. The ordering had kiosk option or counter and the staff was friendly. A complete 180 from before. The food was tasty and warm. The fries at Wendy's are my preferred fast food option. Very glad we stopped here and gave it another...
Nicest, cleanest Wendy's we've ever been to. Only complaint is they were out of chicken nuggets so gave spicy instead but was due to kiosk ordering issue. The staff promptly provided burgers for the mixup.
I like that they don't cave to the pressure of only ordering through a kiosk. Human interaction is always best. If I would have to do my own order then there should be a price discount. Two thumbs up Wendy's, you have my business if the public stands up to change maybe others will have to scrap out there new machines and interact with people again.
