Stopped by Friday evening on my way from Des Moines to Camanche, drive thru was busy and I had my trailers the drive thru was out, went in, waited in a short line to order. lobby had a few others waiting. When my order arrived the server brought it and was very pleasant. She confirmed the number handed me the bag and thank you I'm on my way. I get to the house and my order was short a bacon deluxe dbl.... so I filled out the survey and informed them of the shortage. No response,...read full review

Messed up my ice cream order yet again. Lately burgers are way over cooked. Culvers was the only fast food we would eat until last month or so things are changing. Very disappointed

Culver’s is known for its clean environment, friendly and fast service. The locations in Cedar Rapids and Clinton, Iowa, impressed customers with their efficiency, even during busy times. The food quality is great, with well-prepared meat and accurate toppings. The burger was damn good, like restaurant quality. Butterburgers and onion rings are really good. A hamburger from this place is a good choice. The restaurant is always clean and the food is awesome and affordable. The scoopie meals are great for kids, coming with custard and one topping. Service is usually pretty good and quick as they make everything fresh as it’s ordered. There is a parking lot with ample parking for its customers. The entrance has no steps and is easily wheelchair accessible. Kids are welcome here and they usually have crayons and paper handouts.
