“Almont Tap is the definition of a hidden gem tucked away off Hwy 67 between Sabula, Iowa and Clinton Iowa. I discovered this place while mapping out my route for my veterans ride I do saw it on my way through. Was very intrigued so when we did our test run on the motorcycles for my ride the weekend before some of my blockers and group knew about this place already said we will for sure stop there for lunch after running our practice run. So glad we did one of the best burgers I have ever had.

The lady that owns is an absolute sweetheart and runs it on her own. She is one hell of a cook, a really nice lady that loves to talk to her customers to make sure they feel comfortable and loved. Wow and the food is absolutely superb, some of the best bar food I've had. Definitely a destination for a motorcycle ride to have some good food, a cold beverage and some great conversation. An absolute gem do not sleep on this place being all out by itself totally worth it. Highly recommend and will be back for sure“
