On November 29th, 2024 I made an order at this location online on accident when I meant to make it at another location while I was out of town. As soon as I made the purchase i realized it was the wrong place. So I called immediately (before they even started making the food) and instead of canceling the order and refunding me they sent it through the system as fulfilled. Since then I have been in a constant battle over a measly $25.35. I have called repeatedly and I have stopped in multiple times. I even had a conversation with Harsh Nakum from app support. Maybe this review will finally get my money back and I’ll update this review once that happens. But I will also be sending a message to the BBB. 115 days is too long to not have the issue resolved.

Ordered from this Subway. They got the order wrong both days. Called to let them know. The girl hung up on me, after telling me that there were only 2 of them there with no supervisor.
Got an Italian BMT, Diet Coke, loaded potato soup, and food poisoning.

This subway is the best in town. Friendly employees , friendly smiles , overall very polite and welcoming. Very clean place and the food is 100% made to your liking!! You can tell there is great management in place at this subway!! Great service!!

Ordered on the app and neither of the 2 separate orders were right. One was Ham and Turkey, with extra cheese didn’t get the ham or the extra cheese, my sandwich was Turkey, extra cheese extra mayo, didn’t get the extra cheese or the extra mayo. I want my money back, i PAID for extra cheese for a reason and didn’t get it!! ! Do not order online here and just pick a different subway altogether, reading the other reviews it seems like nobody here can do their job or pay attention to details of toppings on a sandwich. Tried calling so many times and the phone is off the hook. Do not spend your money at this location. We won’t be back.

Food is never made correctly. They apparently don’t know how to toast their subs. The sandwich I got today didn’t even have cheese on it. On top of that, they have the nerve to charge exorbitant prices for subpar services.

I used the drive thru with my Individuals. It was nice easy and the service was helpful.
Their ordering screen sucks and it takes them 20 minutes to mess up a Sandwich! You won't get the toppings you ordered and give you all broth with 2 pieces of carrot in it for chicken noodle soup?

Order door dash the other night. Received everything as I always should. Started to eat my food and about died because they thought it was a great ideal to put some wrap in the meat.
