Management all the way up to GM are pathetic had an order fully messed up and had the simplest instructions and the gym said he will send something in the mail, I live less than 2 mi. away and now a month later still waiting on the GM to mail me something... They are one horrible place of business hopefully they get a full staff makeover the current staff don't deserve their jobs!

Food was burnt (not the way I ordered it) incorrect, and then had to wait 12 min to ask for a box. So just went to the bar and got one. Did not get an apology (totally expected one) for the incorrect order, not even a discount (not that I expected one)

I visit this spot a lot since I work nearby. I have to say their customer service is always great and they keep the spot neat consistently. Rates are affordable and they serve large portions.

Food was mediocre. We also had a guest that was in a wheelchair and they paid no attention to where we should be sat. The person who sat us was unsure of what to do. So we stood there while they tried to figure out what to do. We were there Saturday morning at like 11. There were two other people in the restaurant. Come on now. Be smart!

I have enjoyed Applebee's in the past in other cities. This location had very dirty floors (picture peanut litter at a roadhouse, but with tortilla chips). The mess was there when we arrived and when we left.

Absolutely beyond disappointed. My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Brandon was very nice while taking our order, but that was about it. We got our appetizer, no plates or sauces to dip anything in. It took over 10 minutes to get plates, AFTER we ended up asking someone else. We didn’t get our dipping sauce until 5 minutes after we got our main course. He brought my husband a refill and walked away. We literally watched him tentatively serve every other table except us. Our “special” dinner was pretty much a waste of time. The manager took our appetizer off and that was it. We had been sitting with our food finished for another 15-20 minutes before even getting the ticket. Of course once the ticket was down he was quick to take the card and return it. There was no apology, no sincerity, absolutely nothing. I am extremely upset about our anniversary dinner not being even so much as pleasant. Thanks Applebee’s, and thanks Brandon for the most unwelcoming and disrespectful visit.

I stopped here after 12 hours of driving (with 12 more to go) for the only meal/ rest I could afford the time to stop for. It was around 2 p.m. in the afternoon, so they had customers, but the lunch crowd had significantly passed. My steak was cold, ordered well-done, yet bleeding onto the plate, and my baked potato was so cold the butter wouldn't even melt on it. Our rarely-seen waitress never returned for a meal check until she arrived to give us our bill. I immediately informed her that my non-eaten food was cold and not fully cooked. (Not to mention that our drinks had been empty for the entire time since our meal arrived.) Because I was in a hurry and had already spent over an hour in the restaurant (with zero food consumed), I told her I could not wait to have it re-cooked as the first go around took an hour. She told me she'd have to tell the manager. After thirty more minutes (we were quickly approaching being in the restaurant for TWO HOURS), the waitress returned and said a large party had requested their bills be split, so the manager had been busy with this and couldn't attend to us, so he had told her that she could offer me 10% off of my meal. I'm like...10%??? For a bleeding meal that was too cold to eat? I demanded to see the manager at this point. She left, returned 20 MINUTES later to tell us that the manager was still too busy splitting checks to help us and still offered the 10%. I'm like...why can I NOT speak to a manager? She replied that the bills being split were for a local men's softball league and they were running late for a game. I informed her that I was driving cross-country to be with my dying father and this was the ONLY time I'd spent in the 24 hour drive to stop, relax, and eat. She dumbly looked at me and refused to give me the 10%. I left while the manager was STILL splitting checks. I highly doubt it was that hard or needed to take that much time. I did make it home in time to see my dad before he died, but with only a few hours to spare and had I known, I'd much rather have starved and spent the time with him. Never again will I go to any Applebees. I hope they fired the waitress and manager for the sake of other customers. Epic worst restaurant experience ever. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is a very poorly run Applebee’s Bar + Grill who never seem to have enough staff. People quit left and right because of a huge issue. Management. To put it simply it’s run by people who don’t value or care about their employees. In the duration of my time there I had a coworker who acted inappropriately towards me and repeatedly looked at my body and made comments on it. I mentioned this to SEVERAL staff members and nothing was done. I was however treated very kindly by my coworkers which is why I left this one star. I wouldn’t advise working at this place while still in high school, once they have you they’ll try and work you 6/7 days a week. Then when you have things to do associated with medical issues they’ll threaten to fire you and call you a liar over the phone. Best part about the job was the customers by far, some of y’all made my day.

Incredibly slow service. Apps and food delivered cold/room temp. Asked for the second refills three times. The runner of food, Janet, delivered food and drinks to the wrong tables and gossiped with her friend about drinking at a booth over half of the time she could have been helping tables. The other runner did all of the work alone throughout the restaurant. Was for evening shift on Dec 7th.
