10/10 great service. The location has cute rocks on the inside. The staff are very friendly! The food is always nice and hot. I work across the street and they make things quickly. Easy to run over and pick up.

We dined in. The food was made to order, which is always good; however, the service packed a little bit of friendliness. I don't know about anyone else but I know that it's important that customers are treated with respect and courtesy and unfortunately, this restaurant fails in that department. It seemed like maybe we were more of a nuisance to them because we came in later at night before their lobby closed and it appeared to be that they were cleaning the restaurant for closing quite early and we felt rushed and unappreciated. My suggestion is to order drive-thru only, where you will also get a bad attitude, or the lack of a smile, or a thank you even. In a world that is dying for customer service it is important that Arby's is able to have customers appreciate the service that they'd ring the bell on their way out the door!

The ambiance was good, the environment was okay and it was clean and the restaurant the restrooms were clean and it was actually very welcoming looking in, what ruined the experience was the employees that failed to create a great dining experience. My main problem is that the menu pricing has increased significantly so I feel the customer service should be on point every single time and management should be pushing those policies.

The sandwich I received, a double meat roast beef with cheddar cheese sauce, was mush. Yes it had plenty of meat but the bun and sandwich was mushy and soggy. Not at all appetizing. Oh, and the fries were cold and old. Not a good dining experience at the ole Arby’s.

I’ve been getting my food from this place for a few years while I worked at the Walgreens across the street. However, today was amazing! There was a nice gentleman named Bradley and he gave just amazing vibes! The chef also screwed up and this guy was quick to reassure me they would make me another sandwich to fix it.I told him thanks for being awesome and he said: “It takes one to know one, boss. Have a great day!”
This is incredible customer service and I have never felt so respected by anyone handling my food before! Bradley is amazing and this perfect review is all under his name! Thanks, brother!

Our experience at this Arby’s was amazing. We showed up 5 minutes before close and were worried we were going to upset the employees because we arrived so late. Caleb took our order and was happy as a clam to serve us. We ordered 20 sliders and he was delighted to make it happen. Velma helped whip out the sliders and we left the restaurant about 10 minutes later which means closing took them longer than normal but they were stoked to be helping us. 10/10 would recommend this Arby’s and Caleb and Velma should both get raises. They deserve it for their 5 star speed and 10 star customer service.

We did drive thru and didn't have to wait long for our food. I got the new Deluxe Burger and I was surprised that a fast food burger could be so delicious! It was the best burger I've had in a long time. It was juicy, still a little pink inside and not over cooked like every burger I've eaten elsewhere. Usually I'll share some of my burger with my dog but not this time. I will be back for sure. Also, the guy at the drive thru was very friendly and clearly liked interacting with customers. According to the receipt his name is David. Well done!

I went to the counter, ordered one cheddar and roast beef sandwich, one lamb gyro and two shakes for take out. Got home, missing the cheddar and roast beef but did have an extra cup of au ju. C’mon people you can do better!
