Great bagels, horrible service. Pickup order was supposed to be ready at 10. At 10:20 they finally started to work on the order while trying to blame us for using the wrong name, then for miss-understanding the pickup time (the email clearly stated estimated ready)All the frustration could have been avoided if the order would have been on the pickup shelf when it was supposed to. If I go back I won’t bother placing the order up front, they don’t understand the concept.

The coffee was good, I did not eat anything. They were very kind when helping me pick a coffee to get. Service wise I give them 5 stars. Coffee tastes fresh! And atmosphere was calming!

Delivery drivers are not treated well at this location. There is almost no communication, and orders are often not ready on time. While delays can happen, good communication could at least help. Unfortunately, being ignored and left without updates is the most frustrating part of my experience. Very disappointing.

I ordered a customized sandwich and received a standard instead. I didn’t say anything because it was an easy fix or issue to ignore- no biggie but the manager saw me picking bacon out and quickly made the correct sandwich unprompted. Great service!

Honestly I love the bagels. The staff is very friendly. But the last couple times I've been in was not the best experience. The first time they didn't put cream cheese on my Bagel. Out of the whole family who got something, mine was shorted. Then today it took forever for just 2 Bagels. The loud rap music was a little much. And our bagels paper and bag was covered in someone else's spicy mayo. Then the bagel with strawberry cream cheese tasted like someone used the same knife as a savory/onion to apply cream cheese. Not the best bagel stop today. I'd recommend going to the other location in town.

Unfortunately, this location is run down, messy and unorganized. Most often, when I visit, several of the employees have dirty and untidy uniforms and sometimes are wearing street clothes. It's an unpleasant atmosphere and experience. The service tends to be very slow. However, their Bagels are good. I offer this feedback with the hope that management makes improvements.
