Had a great experience here.
Great and calm ambience. Great tasting sandwiches. My kids loved it too. Freshly baked cookies are awesome. Highly recommend this to experience it for yourself.

I thoroughly enjoy stopping at Capriotti's to pick up dinner while I'm out. Every interaction with the staff is pleasant. They're courteous, knowledgeable and personable. The food is always fresh, prepared to perfection and so delicious! Highly recommend for a pleasant, scrumptious and comfortable dining experience.

Loved this place it was my fiance and I first time coming to this place we ordered 2 large chicken Bacon ranch subs the service was very great and welcoming and we loved there cookie brownie cake definitely will be coming back❤️🥰

Got the Bobbie the turkey and stuffing was slightly burnt. Other than that. It was good. The cookie was good but for 20 bucks and a 20 min travel if I didn’t know they couldn’t do better. I probably wouldn’t go back. We’ll give it one more shot.

Got the Bobby warm. Had very little turkey, 2 small blobs of cranberry and mostly stuffing. Paid $13 for basically a stuffing sandwich... dissapointed. Used to be much better. Not sure I wll be back.

They keep Iowa hours at this location and the food is not as good as other locations

Back in January I placed an order on the app from Cedar Rapids that somehow went to this store. I called and was told to re order on the app and that I would get a refund. I had not noticed until about a month ago that I was never refunded. I have now reached out multiple times and have been told the GM would follow up but have not heard anything.
