First time eating here and had an amazing experience! I got the cheesesteak and it was hot, fresh, and overflowing with meat. Absolutely an amazing experience and will be back ASAP!

Back in January I placed an order on the app from Cedar Rapids that somehow went to this store. I called and was told to re order on the app and that I would get a refund. I had not noticed until about a month ago that I was never refunded. I have now reached out multiple times and have been told the GM would follow up but have not heard anything.

I highly recommended the Hot Bobbie! I love it. I think I bought a medium and it was huge! It was basically 2 normal sandwiches in my mind. Well worth the price. It's like Thanksgiving dinner in a sub sandwich!

I’ve visited Capriotti,s in other USA states but this particular one,the subs were just thrown together and the taste was off. I ordered the famous turkey sub and the Capistrano.Not a lot of meat in the subs just a mountain of coleslaw and other condiments.

I heard these were the best sandwiches and I'm writing this review before I try it because honestly I hope I hate it...I have never in all of my 50 years enountered such bad customer service and I worked in fast food for 10years.

Genuine greeting when we arrived. 3 young adults working as a team at noon on July 20 provided outstanding service. great customer service is hard to find—-this team was amazing. Awesome sandwiches. thank you!

Recommended dishes: The Hot Bobbie

Looking for a new place for a bite. Found this on a Google Maps search. Got the Bobbie which is a non-traditional sandwich, that has turkey, cranberry sauce, and dressing. Kinda like a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich. The fact that I didn't have to make Thanksgiving dinner to have this sandwich was awesome. And would recommend and will return to try another sandwich.

I love these subs. I rarely make the drive to get them as it’s about 30 mins from my house. I got a coupon today for $5 small Bobby with purchase of other sandwich that is only good for today. I went there expecting to be able to order sandwich’s and I got there and handwritten letter that said “closed for private event” misc. I wish google showed them being closed but it showed hours as normal per say. Not very happy about driving here for nothing but unfortunately I will be back as I love the Bobby etc.

Cap's in Clive Iowa. Cole's slaw was expired. Employees were not friendly. We stopped an hour before closing on Saturday night. I got the grilled Italian. All the veggies are on the bottom to make the sandwich look huge. The sandwich was decent but very messy. They did allow to exchange of the bad slaw for chips. Not likely to return unless in the neighborhood. It's a very dirty store, and needs to be deep cleaned. The cashier was wiping the table with a dirty rag.
