I ordered a northern lite latte with half pumps white chocolate. . My typical order. I was asked what's half pumps. I explained. I received my coffee with no white chocolate. Just tasted like coffee with a bit of milk. Went inside. No sorry. Tried to help showing my app. order. I'm not sure what I got but have never had problems with caribou on university like today. Discouraged.
Went through the drive-thru and the person who took my order didn't seem like they even wanted to be there. What I ordered wasn't what I was expecting. Not a fan. Won't be coming back.
