In junk restaurants, the waiters are not serious about their work, and they are in a mess. I ordered takeout and went to pick up the meal. My order was ready, but the waiter didn't give it to me, which made me wait for twenty minutes and wasted my time.

Got the smash burger and fries. Of course the chips and salsa. I got the lemon drop margarita and it was really good. The food was pretty good. Love the chips and salsa. Service was decent. I think my waitress was waiting on everyone so I won't complain about it. She was nice and got me what I needed. Will go back.

Wierd experience fighting for a tbl. Asked to avoid next to plate glass window below zero winter night. They refused to let me sit at a booth despite nobody else waiting and late in evening rush. Only when I pointed out two more vacant tbls in bar area did they let me have one, as I was giving up to leave. Go to On The Border for 100% better Fajitas.

The food is still terrible even after 8yrs of not going there. I couldn't even eat the chicken and the fries were way too salty. The lava cake was so small and didn't even taste like the big one (they were out of the original size). We will not be returning ever again. The waitress was nice though.
Wait staff disappeared for long period while we waited to order a to go; were finished eating. Chips mostly ‘bits’.

We were immediately greeted at the door being held for us. It seemed as though the host who initially helped us was probably training, but the trainer was quick to jump in and help out. They were surprisingly busy for a Monday night. They did a good job of utilizing a wait so that they did not overwhelm the limited servers that they did have on so that they could ensure good customer service. I was unfortunately unable to catch the servers name, but you could tell he had earned his badge on his uniform that said “certified trainer.” He had a fairly large section that was full but was attentive for the amount he had on his plate. My only complaint was that my margarita came out fairly slow and my wife’s water sat empty for a short period of time. Other than that our experience was great, we will be back!

As I walked in the hostess had her back to us. I ordered the chicken crispers. As I begin to handle them I noticed that the tender didn't pull apart very easy. When that happens that means it was undercooked and my hand was filled with grease. My waitress came back she took my food back the manager came over assured me that the next round would be good. By the time the food got back didn't really have a desire to be there wanted to take it to go typically in this situation when your food is undercooked they comp you. That wasn't even offered so I actually paid the full ticket price including a tip for food that I didn't even eat in the location. That will be the last time y'all get me for $60. Think twice before going in there they got a young staff and what appears to be a capable manager but the situation wasn't handled to my liking.
