Went for the B1G1 special they were allegedly having. Walked in the store and asked about it and only 1 person in the store knew what I was talking about, and said that they would honor it. I said I wanted a bowl and a taco entree, somehow ended up with a kids meal (I had my toddler with me) but I said repeatedly how I wanted the tacos entree. I also somehow ended up paying for like half the kids meal, even tho they said they would honor the B1G1. Hindsight is 20/20 but I honestly should have just turned around and went to B-Bops next door with my toddler as soon as we saw the food in there. Everything was the bottom of the pan, the veggies were GROSS, the chicken was dry and had a ton of gritty bits, it overall just gave me the ick. I ate about 1/3 of my food and my toddler ate the (only cheese) tacos, so nothing to be over grossed about there. I'm 8 mos pregnant so honestly just hoping I don't get food poisoning, will report back. Wasn't worth my time or money, will not be back to the Grimes Chipotle, or maybe Chipotle ever at this point - this isn't my first subpar experience with the chain.

Set an order for pickup at 6:10pm...showed up a few minutes before then and waited legitimately 20 minutes for the order to be ready; I checked the time as I left and it was 6:28pm by the time I walked out the door. Thing is, they weren't massively overloaded with orders at the front. There were multiple downturns of customers coming through to order food and the people fulfilling the drive thru seemed to be responsible for the online orders as well.

I don't know how they are trained, but my inclination is to believe they are not trained to assist with these orders with the front line which is what causes them to get so backed up and it's ridiculous. It would have been faster to not order ahead and go through the short line that periodically formed. I could have gone through 3 times easily while waiting, in fact two people ordered their food right as I showed up, ate, and then left before I got mine. Moreover, there was seemingly no sense of urgency from anyone. Again, I assume front line is supposed to stay in their lane, but everyone across the board was acting like it was just a chill day

Literally no point to taking online orders if you can't fulfill them in a timely manner. When I showed up it was clear one person had been waiting a while as it appeared he was agitated, others came and waited for a while with me but still go theirs first so I can only assume they had ordered for earlier times and lucked out by not being as timely.

Smaller portions than normal... Most food containers were almost empty and looked very dried out (this was 6:30pm on a Saturday)... Drink area and garage was filthy... Both my daughter and I's stomaches didn't last 20 minutes after eating here unfortunately

I got terrible food poisoning. At one point, while my body was having its diabolical gastric exorcism, I was praying to every god I could think of to end the torture. Please if you value keeping your insides on the inside, don’t eat here. Unless you need to prep for a colonoscopy, then this is your place.

New Chipotle in town nice,, but the chicken was very SALTY everything else was good!!!. And I believe they were having trouble with the heat furnace so it was cold inside......

The General Manager Jeremy is absolutely phenomenal. if there is any issue regarding an order, he will make sure it is corrected. My go to order is a steak bowl, and the steak is always cooked great! I’ve never had any issues with them! Keep up the great work!

This was by far my worst experience ever at Chipotle. It was a Sunday night which I do get it was probably a wild day but they were out of everything. and I mean everything. Including ice, cheese, lids, every meat but chicken which wasn't actually good. Didn't get the dressing for my salad and the man/boy who made my salad was anything but friendly. I had maybe 4 bites and threw it away. The only reason I gave 3's even because there was a very sweet tall man who checked me out who was so lovely! And a woman in particular that looked like she was working her butt off. I NEVER leave bad reviews but as someone who is so excited to have one in Grimes, it's a let down everytime, this was just the worst by far and I couldn't not say something.
