When the store first opened it was great, food and service both.
Recently they’ve been out of multiple food items and the times I do order I hardly get proportionate amounts, to offset this I order double steak and I still have to ask for two full servings. This chipotle is definitely failing its community, being out of white rice and two different meat options is insane.

This is one of the slowest chipotles i have been to. They are not staffed or trained to handle the high traffic this place sees. 4 people in front of me and it took 20 mins to get in and out and all i got was a bowl. There is no team work here and most of the workers are stuck in slow motion

Greeted by 1 employee took 15 minutes to make out order, no queso, every single drink option was unavailable, overcharged me for stuff I didn’t purchase. Absolutely unacceptable and will never be returning

All the bad reviews are justified, first time having chipotle in a long time just to be very disappointed. Got 2 bowls which were expensive with no shock factor but the portions were so off they put like half a scoop of rice it was barely noticeable but shitty part was the rice wasn’t even cooked the bowls were not edible and ended up in the trash like my money if you gonna charge so much give the correct portion of rice and have a staff that can cook a simple thing like rice

Wow, drop in at 7pm and they were out of chicken, steak or guacamole. Floors are filthy and the work stations are a gross mess. The last time I was in it was the same issue. Asked for a manager and was told there was no manager working. Makes sense I guess.

Food was delicious! Everything is just too expensive, especially their beverages. Thankfully they have fountain water at no charge but it would be nice if they would reduce the price for drinks from $3+
