The General Manager Jeremy is absolutely phenomenal. if there is any issue regarding an order, he will make sure it is corrected. My go to order is a steak bowl, and the steak is always cooked great! I’ve never had any issues with them! Keep up the great work!

This was by far my worst experience ever at Chipotle. It was a Sunday night which I do get it was probably a wild day but they were out of everything. and I mean everything. Including ice, cheese, lids, every meat but chicken which wasn't actually good. Didn't get the dressing for my salad and the man/boy who made my salad was anything but friendly. I had maybe 4 bites and threw it away. The only reason I gave 3's even because there was a very sweet tall man who checked me out who was so lovely! And a woman in particular that looked like she was working her butt off. I NEVER leave bad reviews but as someone who is so excited to have one in Grimes, it's a let down everytime, this was just the worst by far and I couldn't not say something.

The food is always good however the customer service is always wonderful at this specific location. Shout out to the Grimes location for it wonderful customer service!
It started off with them being out of shredded cheese and white rice (according to the employee) on a Saturday at 8:00 PM. Employee gave me 1/4 scoop of white rice, because they “almost ran out” of white rice. After asking for more rice I got told that because they almost ran out, I could only get a small scoop. The manager stepped in and gave me some more rice. They made a deal that the queso would be free of charge instead of the shredded cheese (bonus point for the critical thinking). At the register I still got charged for the queso, so the manager stepped in once again.
Overall it seemed like the store was not well managed, employees weren’t trained, and it wasn’t organized. Got half the portions, for the full price…

When the store first opened it was great, food and service both.
Recently they’ve been out of multiple food items and the times I do order I hardly get proportionate amounts, to offset this I order double steak and I still have to ask for two full servings. This chipotle is definitely failing its community, being out of white rice and two different meat options is insane.
B-bops for the win! Always consistent, always fast and always have what I order.

This is one of the slowest chipotles i have been to. They are not staffed or trained to handle the high traffic this place sees. 4 people in front of me and it took 20 mins to get in and out and all i got was a bowl. There is no team work here and most of the workers are stuck in slow motion
