The General Manager Jeremy is absolutely phenomenal. if there is any issue regarding an order, he will make sure it is corrected. My go to order is a steak bowl, and the steak is always cooked great! I’ve never had any issues with them! Keep up the great work!
This was by far my worst experience ever at Chipotle. It was a Sunday night which I do get it was probably a wild day but they were out of everything. and I mean everything. Including ice, cheese, lids, every meat but chicken which wasn't actually good. Didn't get the dressing for my salad and the man/boy who made my salad was anything but friendly. Food was delicious! Everything is just too expensive, especially their beverages. Thankfully they have fountain water at no charge but it would be nice if they would reduce the price for drinks from $3+
